Our journey began in 2017 with a need for a better way to hold a fishing line spool while spooling our fishing reels, leading us to create an affordable portable line spooling station under Shop Innovations LLC. With over 30 years of combined experience in design and machining, we dedicated the next 1 1/2 years to developing and perfecting the Fish On spooler. At Shop Innovations LLC, we machine, assemble, test, and ship every spooler from our machine shop located in Northwest Arkansas.
At Shop Innovations LLC, in addition to our patented line spoolers, we provide a range of machining services, including: CAD Design for 3D modeling, drawings, and assemblies; CNC Machining featuring 3 axis vertical machining with CNC turning coming soon; Manual Machining for vertical milling and turning up to 22" dia. x 10' long; FDM Plastic Printing with dimensions of 13" x 12" x 12"; and Prototyping services that take you from CAD design to a working prototype.
